How do I add them to offers from the collections page?
Yes you can transfert your cards from your collection to your shop, you just need to go to your options :

Nevermind I found the button
I've just added the cards I'm willing to trade into my collection. I now realize I need these cards to be added to offers but I don't want to go through and do them all again manually. How do I add them to offers from the collections page?
