Are there any plans for adding the ability to do change the displayed colors for the site to a dark mode, or colors that are easier on the eyes at night? Also referred to as themes.

I know with it being both an update to the css and adding it to the profile preferences for a signed in user so it saves only for that user, it's not the easiest update request but also not something outrageous or impossible.
