I have a card in my collection. I'm new to this whole thing so can anyone look at it and tell me if it's real or not? It's labeled 044/185 and I can't find it anywhere else. 

 Hi! The best way to tell if a card is real is to compare it to a card that is known to be real. Fake cards may have differences in print quality, card stock thickness, foil, or other things that will be apparent when they are side by side. I would find a card shop in your area and ask someone there, as some things like texture and thickness are hard to determine from a picture.
