Hi, I also about to open litigation about him, it is better added mine here rather than open another one. DeckledBeast2 wanted to trade with my Lana's Aid we agreed on trade and I send my card on Thursday and my card will arrive him probably nexy day according to track number. He supposed to send my card last Friday I didn't hear from him and sent message, after he said he forgot it and next morning will ship it 4 day passed I didnt hear from him. I texted him time to time but he didnt respond to me and I can see everday he is being active here.
PSA - if the cards haven't been delivered to him yet, you can go to https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action and request a "package intercept" where they will send the package back to you. Unfortunately it costs more money but I would rather lose money than let him get my cards for free.
I've sent both your cards via envelope and stamp. I haven't messaged you because I've had a pipe burst in my home and we are in the middle of repairs so I'm a little tied up. I have sent your cards though. They should arrive any day if not there yet.
The other "litigations" were bull. I sent my cards and had almost 100 positive feedbacks then some people got upset with me around the time I had a house fire a couple years back and had to literally move out and they claim because I didn't send it on time, that I scammed them. I can promise I no longer have the cards I offered because I sent said cards. I wish I would have scammed them so I would at least still have my cards if I knew they were going to put that in a forum about me regardless.. if this account gets reported for scamming then I'm just gonna give up on this site. Bogus claims really ruin the fun in trading cards..
What are the tracking #s then?
I sent PWE's... do you check your messages?. I don't have tracking for those. I've sent plenty of PWE trades that were successful and by no means have any doubt in the postal service to get your cards to you.

I can guarantee though, I'm sticking to in person trades from here on out. I'm done trying to make this work trading online with people. Nothing but frustration comes from this because people freak out over any delay and I don't have time to deal with this garbage right now, I have my own personal matters to worry about. Y'all enjoy chatting on here in the mean time about not getting cards on time and then be sure enjoy your cards when they arrive.
Issue is not delay, things can delay I am fine with that. Problem is I can see you are being active multiple times in a day but don't send response to my messages. You might busy with personal matters okay I got it but you still having a time being here as well so that means sending small update about shipping couldn't hurt much. Just communicate if you promise that you are gonna send it tomorrow morning and don't give me any uptade for several days and no response to messages,What should I understant from that? Just communicate few word than all fine.

Took 4 cards from me and then vanished. As soon as they were delivered he vanished. Wish I'd seen this litigations before i sent. but Rattlepokemon is on it.
If it wasn't obvious, he never sent me the cards that he said he did last Monday. It's all stall tactics to keep the scam alive. I also talked to the post office in Cartersville, GA and asked if any mail came through for my address and they said no.
Sorry to those that got scammed. There should be a warning box when you accept a new trade that shows scam addresses, but seems like site admins aren't even around anyway.

I'm still waiting on something from him too. He received my cards a few days back. Messaged him earlier today to see if he was sending mine out any time soon, as he said he would send ASAP too after proposal acceptance, which was 2 weeks ago. I knew it would take longer for posting UK to US, but he has received his, and not sent mine. Have heard nothing. I'm pretty new to this, and am unsure what to do next.
File a theft or fraud report with his local police. We have his address and name. And just keep posting on here to make sure no one else falls victim to this prick.
He's also being investigated by fraud hunters but shhhh. They'll show up at his mummy and daddy's house soon enough.
Always be wary of someone who shows up and magically has a copy of basically every single chase card
I can confirm i traded in past with J Nelson in past with his account NelsonTCG (i think that was his username) on my previous account and trade value was higher end and sucessful. I also communicated with him when his account got blocked by few upset traders.
@Fidough it's probably not a good look for you to defend someone after 6 new people just got scammed by him in the last 30 days, in addition to the past reports. Maybe he completed one trade to gain trust? Who knows. But a lot of people are out a lot of money now because of Joe Nelson at 17 Mountainbrook Dr, Cartersville, GA 30121.
On NelsonTCG he had 100+ positive feedback at the time,
i think he needs to send tracked only from now on. He cannot provide proof on standard stamp letter.
i know how many people try to use and abuse sellers on ebay who doesnt post tracked. I sometimes test the waters and dont upload tracking and people 3 weeks later claim package not received, then politely upload proof of tracking and gps that it has been actually delivered - buyers quickly goes mute. Am just saying.
And i know he was going through rought time shortly after - still have whatsapp communications with him from his first account. i don't share private conversations but if need be i can. Shit can happen in peoples lives. I have been absent on this site as i have one after another blasts right now, (trade offers received here i just didnt have time to respond & cant see myself trading for a while. Also the fact i am not receiving email notifications for some reason - didnt know i had pending trade offers). I am not defending scammer - i am saying i had very successfull trades with him in 2022. Higher value, all went smoothly and i am based in uk.
Also somewhat funny how multiple 0 feedback profiles had issue with this particular trader. This site had few traders who made multiple fake accounts
Btw i was conned by 5 0 review profiles when i was heading near 100 5*. Put my trust into new traders. Deleted my account and returned back. But ever since lost any trust in trading actually think over wether to message back or no. I dont list high value cards any more neither 1. Because of scamers 2. Unfair trade deals.
If you still converse with him, why don't you ask him why he hasn't sent our cards out, or even had the common decency to at least message us with any updates?

Maybe it was wrong to stick my nose in this. I knew J.nelson who was honest and genuine trader, however it does start to look suspicious. From now on i will fight my own battle. I hope you all get this sorted.

DeckledBeast2 sent a proposal asking to trade for some cards I had listed in my shop. We agreed on a fair trade and he even offered to add in the other card I was interested in but didn't meet on value "just because I like helping people out with their collections."
Being new with 0 trades, and him with 1 confirmed trade, I understood I was supposed to send and provide tracking first. I provided the tracking information on Saturday 10/19, and he said he had an event to attend with his wife and would ship them "first thing Monday morning!" I haven't heard from him since then.
I messaged him yesterday (Monday) just to check in and see if he had shipped the cards, with no response. I sent another message 5 hours ago today (Tuesday) asking for any kind of communication and commitment to follow through, since he already missed his self-imposed deadline, again with no response. This is all despite him being active multiple times on Monday and today, including less than 1 hour ago.
